That’s how Carolyn and Steve started their late September ceremony on the breathtaking Lucy Vincent beach on Martha’s Vineyard after meeting over four years ago on a cold winter night. 

When we started creating their elopement framework, we understood what a strong connection they had to each other, but also the respect and love they shared for nature, animals and especially the ocean that had to play a key part in their wedding. And so, they were blessed with the most exquisite sunset and beautiful waves that made them and their friends and family completely surrender. Lucy Vincent Beach was the perfect set-up for this spiritual, adventurous and playful couple that made everything look easy and fun. The sound of the waves was the perfect background to their emotional vows exchange.

The day ended with a dinner celebration at Woods Restaurant hosted by the Lambert’s Cove Inn in West Tisbury.
